The staff goes above and beyond to assist, breakfast is fantastic with a variety of delicious meals, and the beachfront location is convenient for exploring the town.

A super great hotel with very friendly, polite and attentive staff. Already the reception at the airport and the shuttle (car, boat) to the hotel were very good. The reception in the hotel left nothing to be desired either. The room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very good. The beach is a dream. We were very satisfied all around.

Excellent option to relax and to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world. The location, the sevice, and the beach are simply perfect. Kids really enjoyed the experience, and it is walking distance to some stores and water activity desks.

The price is higher than other Hotels near by but I think there is a good value proposition for the difference.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The place was clean with a genuinely friendly and excellent staff always at your service. The breakfast was great, and the check-in was early.

The facilities are good and the staffs are always smiling. The room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is just enough. I would still like to stay on this hotel on my next visit to Boracay because of the room and it's facilities. The staffs are friendly and they would always greet you whenever you walk past them.

The staffs tend to be slow when you make requests i.e. requests for a glass of pandan water and shuttle service. When we ask the shuttle service to pick us up, they said the shuttle is already coming and we waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle and ended up riding the tricycle instead and we never saw the shuttle on our way back to the hotel. The staffs are good at doing their everyday jobs but when you make requests, they tend to be quite slow. The hotel is also far from d'mall and other establishments which is why you need their free shuttle service.

The stay at this place was really special and made our vacation unforgettable. We loved the premier queen suite with the outdoor jacuzzi - it was top-notch! 🌟

It is a very accessible hotel. The hotel staffs escort us from Caticlan airport to the hotel, and vice versa. Compared with other hotels in Boracay, I think only Shangri-La can have same level of service.

The qulaity of breakfast is mediocre. I don't see they invest enough in their restaurant as food qulaity is very normal.

Perfectly located and well-maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. Great beachfront spot, close to everything but not crowded. Fantastic NYE fireworks celebration. Personal touches like staff remembering your name and butler service. Generously sized suites with great layout and balcony. Good food and high-standard accommodation. Would recommend with a slight reservation.
